Pros

They hired me as a fresh grad vs the other applicants who seem to have experience. Growth and training is highly reliant how your area manager and store manager will relay learnings to you.

Cons

The pay is incredibly is not enough for the amount of workload you are about to do. Be ready to be working during holidays and weekends which is very stressful. The rest days during the training is limited to one. The overtime pay is not offered when your training as part of training per se. The branch assignments can take a toll on you and you'll need to be flexible to adjusting to your environment in a very short amount of time. Personality-wise, if you're an introvert, I don't recommend to work as part of sales unless this is the only option you have atm. It can be very taxing to handle different customers all day. The work environment is highly reliant to the people you will be working with every branch.
