      Textbook: Why Leadership Matters

      Pros

      Most of the people are committed and work very hard in spite of their rock bottom wages. The infrastructure cabling division is a well managed group and staffed by full time employees. Company knows how to have a little fun, there are frequent BBQ's and get-togethers. Maybe a little too much though. It's the wrong time to have a BBQ and play egg roulette when the entire company is expecting to hear your vision and what you are doing to improve on a dire situation.

      Cons

      Since the departure of a senior leadership member in 2014, wheels have completely come off. Nobody talks to each other, but somehow everyone runs to the leadership whenever they have a problem who in turn creates more disruption and organizational confusion. The rumor mill is very active and devastating in the wrong circles. This is a very catty environment with more traffic to the HR department than I've ever seen in my career.

      The only real pro is that the company is very laid back.

      Cons

      No communication from any of the management.Often times you don't know where you are even going until the morning of. Require you to drive way too far away from the area you live in. Most of the crew they have employed are very young (17-19) so they atmosphere is very immature and most don't have the ambition to help. The employees are poorly managed,and its very clear immediately that the company as a whole is in over their head.
