Pros
Had some amazing peers, but they soon disappeared due to this one person's (lets name him 'x') toxicity.
Cons
1) No salary increment 2) Toxic Working environment 3) You may have to work outside of office hours almost everyday (6 Days a week). 4) I witnessed 'x' threatening one of my colleagues, forcing him to work late night and get the work done for the next day, else he would be laid off. 5) I have seen 'x' frame another one of my colleague for absolutely no reason, and I was mind blown with such unprofessional behaviour. 6) If you think all these are made up stories, reach out to the ex-employees.
