Pros

The coworkers are great. Seeing the immediate results of your work can be satisfying.

Cons

It's a grueling pace, and the compensation doesn't match the volume of work. The facility is maxed out. A new location is in process, but the current location is packed to the brim, and the AC can't keep up, especially in the warehouse. No lunch room, so the employees eat in their car. Not enough parking for the staff. Constant turnover of employees. No schedule flexibility.

Pros

Everyone is very nice, young, and friendly. Worked with good artists, they made good shirts. I really liked the people!

Cons

Only 3 sick days a year, hourly and under paid. Required overtime during busy season for multiple days/weeks in a row. Cut hours in the summer so pay was not steady at all. They would pick random days to close during the summer so they didn't have to pay employees. I was told I was interviewing for a mid to senior level role but they pay they offered me did not reflect that. Stressful workload, they expect you to work almost inhumanly fast. CEO has family members and personal friends upper management which is in poor taste in my opinion. Felt like I was an officer worker in an assembly line.

Pros

none to speak of really

Cons

Almost no benefits, not flexible with work hours, remote work not an option, toxic management that has no business running the company
