Pros

You'll have the opportunity to wear many hats and be involved with a variety of the departments and operations (depending on your team). They are woman owned and ran and are inclusive in relation to DEI.

Cons

Lots of politics, not a good work life balance, poor pay - promise of raises that never come, was told I had PTO and never was given access to it. Essentially run like a sorority

Pros

- great learning experience / resume builder out of college - niche industry of interest for sorority girls graduating and wanting to do marketing & social media - low stress

Cons

- very unprofessional - low development/ growth - no one was happy working there. Exclusion, judgement and bad mouthing by everyone was a huge reason I never felt fully comfortable here.

Pros

They tried to create a "happy" environment for work and the building was cool

Cons

So many cons. The owner and upper management were micromanaging and extremely cliquey with each other. There were a few like Logan who understood what the production team needed and was great to work with but that was about it
