Pros

Long history, solid account base in NYC and the Boroughs. NJ and FL, too.

Cons

CT market is about 1.5 years old and Corporate doesn't realize that it's not the 6th Borough. The inflexible pricing, high cpc, and high expectations create a stressful workplace. One technician with others "on call from Bronx team" may satisfy 4 HR service window- but don't expect a smiling technician! CRM driven; zero cold-calling n field and extremely telemarketing based. An account review weekly eliminates 20% of sales time, and CRM data requirements eat up another 65%. Really horrid!

There are none ,I mean literally none ,everyone will lie to you,cant get the truth about anything,its a complete mess

Cons

Super micromanaging, every slight detail is super micromanaged.very hostile work environment,avoid at all costs, so nit bother with this company
