Company will held for company trips and dinner sometime.
Cons
Seems like not all colleagues are willing to guide. Very tight working schedule, need to finalise engagement in one week with all work done. Slow payment for the staff claims. Reviewer will keep asking questions for the previous engagement even though you are in fieldwork and mostly need to reply the questions immediately.
