Confused Management, Overworked, Underpaid, Suck Leaders and Zero Direction
Pros
Definitely great colleagues. Most of them are helpful. Sad to have gone separate ways from each other due to this company's management and leadership.
Cons
- Bad management definitely or else i wouldn't be here lol - Bad leaders (the famous bf & gf as mentioned by the others below) Honestly, where do I even start… The workload is insane. One person is expected to handle multiple roles, yet the pay doesn’t reflect that at all. It’s giving “do everything” with “get nothing” energy. Management constantly assigns tasks but doesn’t even seem to understand why those tasks exist in the first place. Like… aren’t you the ones who asked for it? There’s a serious lack of direction and clarity. What’s worse is being accused of “doing nothing” when they don’t even know what we’re actually working on. It feels like you’re being watched all the time, especially when the team is small. The fewer the staff, the more intense their eyes on you. There are also way too many meetings, and somehow they still don’t get what we’re explaining. Probably because they don’t actually understand the scope of the work they assigned in the first place LMAO. Office environment? Also questionable. We weren’t allowed to eat in the office, and even basic things like using the microwave were taken away over minor issues. Instead, we had to drive out for lunch and there aren’t even many food options nearby. It felt unnecessarily restrictive and honestly a bit immature what the helly. The most frustrating part is that solutions were suggested multiple times, but they were never taken seriously. Feedback just doesn’t seem to matter here cause both of them are always right, and we're on always on the left. Eh?
