      Lacks motivational leadership Productivity is unequally rewarded, without proper metrics, based on vague reviews Toxicity within teams, snitches and perpetual drama Management driven by sales Some departments have rotten apples that keep them stagnant but they turn a blind eye Old school scare tactics still applied here

      Upper management: sexism, hypocrisy, not open to changes, no training for the position, manager does not transfer actual knowledge

      Starting from top obviously, higher management is toxic and incapable. It is a great example of a company doing very well financially wise but not worth working for. Decision makers need to retire.
