      Pros

      Good working environment and a good open space and employees usually friendly most of the time also snacks and coffee are available and the benefits are really good.

      Cons

      Some new guy came to the company as management assistant and he is less experienced to hold such a position and his degree is not really clear and also they started bringing their own army to the company making it safe for themselves before taking care of the work itself this will make things a bit harder for the work.
