You work at risk of not getting paid here. The whole process team works on small projects (2-4 weeks) at a time and they often require change notes because the scopes deviate. As there's no other work to move on to, people take on work while the change notes are not approved at their own risk to keep projects going and to keep getting a timecode to book to. But, if the change notes doesn't get approved, you don't get paid. It's an utter joke. Incompetent project managers instruct you to work on a job, and they have no idea how long things take because they're not process engineers. A very poorly run company.
