      Pros

      Fully digital Global company that supports and is set up for remote work. Engaging with like-minded people who have got your back. Have the ability to provide input to the company and add immense value.

      Cons

      It can sometimes be difficult to find times to speak to colleagues in North America and align with Global meetings time within business hours. But this is understood across all regions, and everyone tries to accommodate all time zones as best as possible.
