      Your on your own schedule sorta.

      Cons

      $14.00hr but if u get a complaint or cancel without 24hr notice cuz your sick, or whatever, or leave early cuz your done,they deduct money. You use your car and gas and you pay for cleaning supplies, mop, vacuum, and you clean your rags. They have 3 tiers of appointments, 1hr cleaning, 2.5hr cleaning, or 4hr that you must do with another Tidy employee. Any customer can complain for no reason and your screwed. Even if your good, and anyone knows, people can be rotten, or ridiculous complainers!!!

      The clients can be wonderful people

      You have no idea where your going 30 mins prior to arrival They check off list for what needs to be completed is 4 pages long you will hardly ever complete it all in one appointment. You can not contact the Client directly nor are you able to reach them prior to the appointment or after. On their cards it says tips Are Not Required They shop you by having you clean employee houses / relatives They always find a way not to pay you the entire week you worked in 7 Days, a portion of this is paid the other in two weeks. They book you on days you have listed unavailable if you cancel you end up paying for the cleaning. They book you thirty mins apart appointments leaving you with driving time no bathroom break or lunch. Your a private contractor you pay for your gas, supplies, and own insurance. Its not worth it

      I had zero house cleaning experience before applying to work here. I learned a lot on my own through experience.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, they let me choose the hours I want to work. There are pay bonuses for certain clients up to a max of +$30 which is nice

      Cons

      The compensation is okay, I received less pay for first-time clients but if the client is a repeat customer I can earn more. Client cancellation happens from time to time. I'm considered an independent contractor so I would have to pay taxes on my income.
