- some managers are demeaning and incredibly sexist, management will listen to you when you speak up about it but nothing will be done - sexist joke is acceptable - everything good they do is for the branding, branding team is quite sexist in reality btw with their comments and mindset

This is one of the most sexist and homophobic places ever worked at. Men consistently talk down, interrupt and speak abusively to women, in particular when they are more skilled than said man. When you complain to team lead about this behaviour you are told 'it's not a problem' Seocndly, the number of times team leads have said nonsense comments about gender and sexuality is outrageous. "you must be gay because of how colourful your clothes are" This place is immature and toxic.

- good salary - great possibility to learn - friendly and open minded colleagues

Cons

- culture of sacrifice impulsed from the top, that is toxic. Lots of pressure, burnouts and people getting fired. Very shiny company from outside, but sometimes ugly inside - very top down, Berlin is deciding and régions are executing. No decision power locally
