Some employee benefits such as free food and transport
Cons
No work-life balance, the culture is horrendous. The work always is overtime with no compensation or appreciation. The feedback is negative always. The work done is under coerciveness or under pressure thus leading to no work satisfaction.

Pros
Company Work environment is very good. Facilities they are giving is free food, bus service and 5 days week. Specially all HR policy are in favour of all employees.
Cons
Need to improve that they should arrange some training session and activities in workplace.
