Pros
Experience gained working in the field was the only positive out of the experience. Interacting with other employees in the company was always pleasant. Some nice people work there. It is the owners and management that is the issue.
Cons
Employer / owner thinks they can treat people how they want. They talk down to employees, berate and insult them, always point fingers and deduct money from employees for mistake even if the company does not loose money. This company has been built on the backs of 100's of employees that have joined and left after having had enough from the employer. Only regret I have is not leaving sooner. Stuck around with the hope that things would change but they only went from bad to worse. During the pandemic employees were left to fend for themselves for months and were even asked to work for free.
