Not really any downsides to report

They don't compensate employees properly. All wages prior to 2023 were extremely low. Benefits are not good. Constantly changing health insurance companies. Promised 401K and still don't have it. Upper management does not support property managers. Concerns go unanswered. Regional manager is not trustworthy in the eyes of staff and residents. The Inverness property has changed for the worse. Many residents are unhappy. They complain to upper management so upper management comes to visit but does nothing to make things better. The residents have very few activities now even though they are paying same amount. Upper management doesn't replace staff that left. No activities staff, not enough kitchen staff. Seems like no one at corporate office cares that staff and residents are unhappy.
