      Pros

      I worked at TIU Consulting full-time for more than 2 years

      Cons

      Not a good company to work. Salary is very bad. Hike is also extremely poor. Management is extremely bad specially Director continuously asking you every things like are you confident to do it? And more. There will be absolutely no one to guide you if you want some kind of help. More or less big politics will be played by your PM.

      1. Timely Salary 2. No need of upgrading yourself, until your project is surviving company don't give care about your personal/professional growth.

      Cons

      1. Very very greedy Management (RD) 2. No empathy towards employees. busy in increasing their bank balance. 3. Fake Promises that they never fully filled. 4. Worst HR team, a puppet of management don't care about employee wellness. 5. Please stay away from these thieves, "client " Please don't get caught they will disappoint you. 6. Job seekers, save your carrier by not joining them.
