Micromanagement beyond anything ever seen in any company I have worked for. No empathy or consideration for employees. Just maximising revenue. Avoid.

So many to list but here's some tips -Micromanaged to the extreme so don't expect to be an individual here -if your not friendly with management you wont succeed -if you have a difference of opinion from management keep it to yourself -don't expect to keep all your coms -check your wages every month... -investment choices questionable, as with morals when pushing clients into them. - if you are off on leave you are expected to work still -don't listen to their pitches, they promise you everything and give you nothing
