Pros
Good management system. The company is of focused employees. There is team work hence good working environment. There is continuous training that enable the employee to cope with new changing technology.
Cons
Too much projects. This is the result of the company's quality service. With these projects we worked under too much pressure which has turned me to be independent at work.
