      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work with Tyrell and he helped me so much in reaching all of my goals. I learned so much through my cross training and I enjoyed the team aspect of this company.

      Cons

      You definitely have to put in a lot of work, if you don't work hard then you won't make much money.

      Pros

      Great opportunity for people out of college that trying to build their experience and skills. I had the opportunity to work with Tyrell. He’s a great mentor and a coach. The team in the office are great helping you if you need help.

      Cons

      This isn’t your typical job. You get what you put in. Sometimes it can be rewarding. Sometimes it could be tough but it’s a part of the opportunity.

      Pros

      They gave me so many opportunities and helped me learn so much through cross-training in the business. I was able to quickly get promoted to Corporate Trainer from an entry level Marketing Trainee position and I couldn't be happier!

      Cons

      You definitely have to put in the work and be motivated to move up and make good money, it's not just a quick way to get rich but it's worthwhile
