      - Management are thought leaders in Testing, IT & Test Environment Management, and Data (Migration) Management - Stringent technical vetting process - Fun work culture - Collaborative (Agile) work environment - Lots of social events - Flexible working hours - Conducts business based on long lasting relationships - Strong client portfolio - Quick decision making - People treat each other as equal - No politics - Looks after its employees

      lack of in deep knowledge, there wasn't much relevant people with more experience for me to learn from. below average for career long term development
