Pros
Great place to get experience and learn the business. Some of the best people you can work with. If you prove yourself to be good at your job, you can work on some interesting projects. When times are good, bonuses were good. Company cell phones are provided in this position. Has financial assistance program for education related to position. Will also pay for FE and PE exams and study books.
Cons
They claim they have a mentorship program but they really don't. Can never seem to hire enough of people to support the work load. A lot of salary folks can get screwed by the overtime required. Pay could be better for what you have to go through. When times are bad, no bonuses. Don't let them trick you into thinking that a bonus will make up for the overtime. Favoritism to concern staff exist, so beware. Healthcare benefits seem to change on a yearly basis
