Pros

At first I thought they had good culture and cared about their people but after my experience I realised that it’s full of cliques and conversations behind closed doors to talk about other people

Cons

I worked just 17 days for this company (5 of which were an “induction” where I was idly left at my desk to navigate my own way) before they decided to let me go for taking a day off after sitting by my fiancées 5 year old niece’s bedside as we watched her pass away. The lack of empathy and compassion was extremely disappointing, I hope they treat their residents better than this.

Pros

- Breakfast Monday & Friday. - Opportunity to learn alot -Good team

Cons

- Ceo wants people to work like dogs, pickup calls after hours without compensation or even market pay. - The office is run my receptionist and she decides how HR\IT\MARKETING should do there job. They are paid more then a experienced, degree holder and certified engineers at this company. I complained about her being extremely rude on emails but HR was helpless and just asked to "either file an official complaint or suck it up." - There are around 30 people in company and atleast one person leaving every month. The office doesnt care about this, your job can be made redundant at anytime, youre always on thin ice. - Forced after hours support but 0 consideration to work from home or leaves.

Pros

- Lots of opportunities to learn (if you are willing to learn on your own with very little guidance)

Cons

- Very little pay for the amount of workload that is expected. - The current senior management is involved in a lot of office politics which spoils the culture and motivation for the employees. - There is no sense of job security since anyone can get fired at any given point of time (randomly) - The managers show no empathy towards their employees and there is a lot of favouritism and bias within the team. - No work from home option and you are expected to come to work every day before 9 and with the amount of work that is given to you, you never leave on time. - Lack of training is a big problem here. I was only given less than a week's training and when I asked for help and additional guidance, I was not at all supported. - If the senior management does not like you, they will exclude you from every important thing. No sense of belongingness since the entire team starts isolating you from everything. - The senior management is not at all supportive and they are very petty.
