      Pros

      Relaxed work environment and dress code. Midtown location combined with free pizza were the only plusses in the firm. Very few positives to say about place.

      Cons

      The two top guys have very big egos and don't want to be told they are wrong, hence the high turnover in personnel and meager top line growth rate. It is a place to keep your mouth shut and not rock the boat in exchange for a steady paycheck.

      Pros

      Competitive salary. Excellent work life balance. Atmosphere is relaxed with very low stress. Intimate small company feel is a plus to me

      Can't think of many. Missing some of the fun perks of startup culture- shiny new equipment, games, tons of free food...

      Very smart engineers Excellent work life balance/hours (Virtually no weekends except for quarterly releases) Very relaxed, low stress Team is very focused on working together to solve problems Excellent position in market to disrupt and capture market share from sleepy competitors Senior leadership is highly willing to adopt to new technologies and approaches Interesting set of technology and scaling problems to solve in a B2B context Founders/senior management have all been with company for 10+ years plus Decent vision for the evolution and growth of the company

      Cons

      Since TMC is not a startup and due to long tenure of senior management if you are interested in advancing to senior management it may be difficult Java/Javascript technology stack (while appropriate for company and product) is not as sexy as what some early stage startups can offer
