Pros
Commission can be great if you can manage to wait that long for it to matter. Equipment sent to do the job is great. Cellphone stipend due to using your personal phone to answer calls through a routed number.
Cons
Expected to work After Hours, but only get paid if you work a certain amount of minutes for those hours. Being remote makes communication difficult, however it is not enforced for everyone to communicate across the board. Cell phone stipend - It does not cover enough for one phone line, nor the international calls you are expected to receive.
