      Pros

      Very good atmosphere, flexibility and you can learn new things there.

      Cons

      Everything was good for a startup, BUT the only problem is the owner (A.R.) He is a good guy but when it comes to business and projects management he can not manage or lead his own people, he is super nerd like a supermarket robot.
