      Pros

      -no outright discriminatory behaviour but if u are not chinese u may feel left out bec most people here prefer dialects/malaysian chinese. -above average pay for a part timer

      Cons

      -only the first few days are ok -passive aggressive coworker who likes slamming her keyboard -workers talking loudly in the office which affects one's concentration -full timers don't point out ur mistakes and act as if they are personally wronged and you won't know why

      Pros: The workers outside my department were friendly Cons:

      Finance and HR who I worked with ganged up among themselves and talked badly about part timer performance instead of talking it out with us. These are the people who will be nice to you at face level but find a way to get rid of you behind their backs. Sense of superiority and office politics. If you work full time here it is unlikely you will promote very often in this office because of the limited role

      - Pay is decent, that's the only pro.

      -Co-workers are extremely catty and petty. This is a whole workplace, not high school. Grow up please. -It is known that the big boss keeps claiming money for personal things from the company accounts, inflating his lunch money claims with karaoke trips. - Backstabbing is common, full timers like ostracising part timers. Toxic workplace.
