      Great coworkers and fast pace, but poor management

      Coworkers are great Fun and fast paced work makes the time fly Choose your shifts

      Really bad management with no experience Management treats you like you are a children telling you how bad everyone is at their job with absolutely no praise for a job well done Constantly out of product to sell Management constantly brings in outside workers whenever they can The CEO is constantly on a “work” trip None of our concerns are ever resolved by any level of management

      Senior management ignores staff concerns and complaints

      Pros

      Schedules are flexible. Front-of-house and concession staff are able to sign up for shifts at all venues even we need to meet mimnimum shift sign-up requirement at our home venues. Complimentary staff ticket is a major perk.

      Cons

      A duty manager has been very rude to front-of-house staff members and even patrons. The management did not create an environment where staff feel safe to report these issues. The CEO was rude in a meeting with front-of-house and concession staff, saying he can fire us whenever he wants. The meeting was supposed to address complaints from staff regarding management, so this attitude was neither respectful nor professional.
