      People were great, higher ups were so-so

      Pros

      The staff at the center level were great to work with. Great teamwork environment.

      Cons

      Higher ups in the company had no clear vision. Only thing that mattered was membership numbers. Promised bonuses on membership numbers that were nearly impossible to hit towards the end of my time there.

      Genuinely good people at TOCA if you are on the right team/department, can learn a lot from both what to do and from what not to do, some good people in leadership/management

      Company takes advantage of employees, does not appreciate loyalty, and hardly promotes from within. Some bad people in leadership/management
