Lip service paid to “culture” and “values”; little to no concern for well-being of employees. Employees expected to take on unpaid, extra duties when a team member quits, as well as taking on management duties most of the time because all senior positions reside in Toronto. Compensation not competitive relative to rest of industry. Products often over-priced in ulta-competitive sectors of business & major markets.
