Warm Springs Location do not recommend with current manager
Pros
$6 employee meal (not much because bread is expensive) Not a busy location so your average work day is not hectic.
Cons
Oh boy. So many. Current manager (summer 2019) micro manages you and constantly checks the camera. This is obviously their first time being a manager so I'll give them some slack. If something isn't done their way, they use all caps in our group chat. Got accused of stealing and I had to take a photo of a receipt to prove I actually paid for it (time stamp and everything). When accused of stealing, they threatened to call the police, make you pay DOUBLE of what you stole, and fire you. Was not properly trained on drink recipes. Everyone puts different pumps of syrup in their drinks so taste is inconsistent. I had to pry the recipes out of the manager because every time I ask, they point to a vague hand written recipe taped to the fridge. Current manager does NOT train new employees. They make no effort to get to know the new kid and only schedules them with the new kid if other people like them first. Fires employees by not scheduling them and making a new group chat. Doesn't tell them via email, text, in person, etc no communication when you're let go. Very passive and inconsiderate to waste our time guessing when we're let go. Never properly trained on how to make coffee. There's a proper way to steam milk, specific way to tamp coffee and perfect time to pull shots. I had to take my own time to go on youtube to learn how to make coffee. I felt bad serving customers bad coffee for $4.50 Your work hours vary so much. Some weeks I'm working 35hrs, some 19hrs. Impossible to pay rent with a set schedule.
