      that was a good place but not anymore

      Cons

      low salary, reduce of bonuses per sale and yearly bonus is no longer given, no place to grow professionally, letting you feel that you are not important, only a number and on the other side they know how to ask more and more from you and from your time

      Pros

      Some people there are really noce, found good friends there. Cibus (also nice bonus). Thats it

      Awful organization: team leader + CEO of product (not toyga!) couldn't organize team, could only push the team and didnt care about issues. Were rude to clients so partners don't want to work. Atmosphere in team. Low salary. Shouting on employess (what happened to me), that is unacceptable.
