Fundamental culture issues.

Great working peers. Some good collaborations and out-side of the box coordination.

Cons

Top down structure, dictatorial environment. A lot of waste/inefficiencies occur when middle-management dictate HOW to do the work for those that actually do the work, rather than focusing on clear and simple company objectives. Don't expect to be able to negotiate pay when the CEO has to approval all costs ('take it or leave it' approach).
