Friendly colleagues that's about all.
Cons
Poor management. Take staffs for granted. Use pandemic as excuse to cut staffs salary. Never reinstate even a single cent across the board. Favoritism to certain staffs. Pity those senior working in the company, no where else to go, can only stay put to suffer the I'll treatments.
