      Pros

      Great learning and fintech domain is very relevant. Company has great recognition in the market and is a great boost in the CV. Their technology/product is also some of the best solutions out there. Learning in terms of what features a good software solution should have is also great.

      Cons

      Pay is less than market value. Internal politics is quite draining on mental health. They also make you work extensively. Work life balance is negatively impacted.
