      Thank you for your feedback. TQI's retention rate is over 90% in 2023 which is better than comparably sized companies based on ADP data. We take concerns of favoritism seriously which is why managers and HR are primarily responsible for hiring actions. The CEO and President are only involved in hiring/discipline actions associated with direct reports.

      Inept managers who tried to put employees in harms way

      Pros

      Average benefits, some stability doing government work

      Cons

      It’s government work. Constant pressure to return to the office during COVID spikes although the government didn’t require it. Constant micromanagement by managers with terrible communication, reading, and writing skills.

      Professional and Employee-Focused Contractor

      Pros

      Interview and onboarding process was smooth and the management and HR reps were extremely friendly and professional. Lot's of delays with actually starting and getting accounts, status quo for federal work. Good matching 401k, great PTO, flexible scheduling. They definitely focus on the human element.

      Cons

      Career mobility and salary are limited by the contract and location. Unfortunately this is the status quo for government contracting, they can only afford to pay you a certain amount based on what they are charging the government. At the end of the day you are filling a seat for a government contract.
