Excessive micromanagement, with limited trust in employees. High employee turnover, with many experienced staff choosing to leave. Salary increment and bonus commitments are frequently delayed, with timelines repeatedly extended through new policies (e.g., from the original commitment to an additional three months). Limited opportunities for career growth and professional development. Few to no meaningful employee benefits. No work-from-home flexibility, even during heavy rain or adverse weather conditions. Lack of transparency and consistency in communication regarding compensation and company policies. Employee concerns and feedback often do not result in meaningful action.
