Pros
TREE has gone through many changes in the past several years, But it is finally in an incredible place to work. You have freedom to really teach your passions and the salary is competitive. It is a warm environment where the admin works with you when you are struggling and wants you to succeed.
Cons
There really aren't many cons that I can think of. Typical hours are 8am to 3:30pm. Sometimes have to sub for other teachers.

Pros
Wonderful team of educators that joined the school with good intentions and high hopes.
Cons
Messy administration and board. The original heads of the school were both micromanagers, but also completely checked out. They've been gone for almost a year, but the chaos they started seems to have carried over.
