It is a private company, with a family mentality. Enticing pay. They offer Full benefits. Great opportunity for new biomedical students. Lots of colored hair amount the staff.
Cons
The expectations are not clearly defined and communicated in interview. 35~55 hr week expectations with little planning. The biomedical team is junior, majority under 5yrs. Onboarding is problematic
