Pros
- I enjoyed doing my job and love to work from home - They help with expenses such as food, electricity bills, and wifi (4,000bath per month) - I like my team members (Overall, it was a good time for a couple of months because they always fired people every month.. so i think, it's not a stable company to work with at all)
Cons
- Lack of clear communications - I got changed my position from a content writer to SEO without increasing payment for 2 months then they laid off all the employees except the Marketing manager and HR - Tri 7 always checked the employee through the Teramind application where people can see whether your mouse move or not. - As an employee, we can't talk to Thai HR directly, only talk to the boss..sometimes the boss forgets or didn't do things as promised such as increasing the salary as they increase more work responsibilities for team members.. since we all need to do on-page-off page including website design and not only write the contents anymore. - One of the content team members copied the content but we all got suspended and had the sign a new contract as we all did something wrong...In fact, the rest of the team had never copied the contents. So everybody outside the content team had to always blame this on us..(Too bad, when you didn't do something wrong and people made fun of it)
