As for the incentives and the early Friday finish – I agree, I hope we continue to go away as a company, Madrid will certainly live long in the memory! I think you raise a valid point in terms of standards. One of the reasons we started the company was because we felt that candidates , and graduates in particular, weren’t treated well enough ,and clients also received a poor services far too often. We’ve certainly always aimed to be best in class in these areas, however we can always do better, and at times I don’t think we have always delivered what this looks like internally well enough, so a definite area of improvement for us.
