      Opportunity to learn different technologies but management cause a toxic environment

      Loyalty is not rewarded Long hours Toxic work environment at times Never experienced abuse by management personally but saw and heard it first-hand. Mass redundancy after some questionable business practices. After being made redundant it took close to 5 months to be paid redundancy package and only after threatening to go to office of fair trade. Tried to call management to thank them for the opportunity after being made redundant but they didn't have the balls to take my call. After being made redundant they hired someone else to do the same job

      What does this even mean? The inability to construct a sentence clearly is a real concern. We will look at future applicants’ ability to think critically, reason numerically, and solve problems. Unfortunately, we have recruited a person who is not able to articulate their ideas in a coherent way. I am the 100% owner of this company and founder. These are our values, and we will stand by them even at our financial loss. Go and find a place that works for you instead of you working for them
