      A shift tends to have favoritism over the B shift Repetitive task and lack of rotation between processes (Some staff refuse to learn a new process or simply 'dodge' the harder processes only wanting to do the 'easy' task) Frequent absenteeism among staff causing workload shift. Said absentees 'game' the system through loopholes.
