The office environment was very unpleasant, and too busy, upset staff all the time, and there were a lot of horrible rumors about the director which I think showed in the management and care for the staff.
I was offered an admin role (which I wanted) where the SALARY would allow me to move nearer to my mum, all was great. Made the move. Weeks into me starting, I had to reinterview for a job role there due to a office reconstruction (NO WARNING of this during my original interview) and was demoted to a customer service role and my pay was DECREASED. I couldn't afford the cost of living anymore and ended up pregnant. I, therefore, had to urgently look for a new role as a pregnant woman.
Luckily I found a successful company that took me five months pregnant, with religious directors, great pay, and a small loving, and caring environment.
I've worked at four companies now in total due to moves and comparing them. TSG was a actually quite an unpleasant place.
