Pros

1. The program managers at TSL are really good and helpful. They help you in everything. They know how to handle things very well.

Cons

1. No extra activities. 2. The environment is just WORK, WORK and WORK. 3. The top management is HORRIBLE. If the top managers are changed, I believe the company will soar high because the other team is really awesome. 4. They ask you to do donkey's work here. 5. Once you start doing donkey's work., they ask you to do smart work. 6. The top management has NO RESPECT for their employees. 7. The top managers talk PATHETIC. No respect, no motivation NOTHING. 9. HORRIBLE behavior from the top managers.

Sinking Ship

Pros

In-office people are friendly, you learn a lot in a short period of time if you work in the creative department.

Cons

All of the executives and/or managers work remotely, yet offer little to no flexibility or support to the in-office staff. They claim to offer telecommuting but they make you jump through flaming hoops of approval that make it not even worth asking. Your managers have no time for you, yet they have impossibly high expectations. They claim to "Reject Mediocrity" yet allow it to run rampant, unchecked, until so much damage has been done they have no chance but to terminate the mediocre employee in question. In contrast there is next to no recognition of excellence/going "Above the Line." They might give you a "shoutout" at the unnecessarily disruptive all-hands weekly "Huddle" but no tangible rewards, and no real hope for advancement. Everyone, including management, has realized these problems, yet nothing has been done to address them. In the past year alone, 9 people quit, including a VP. By percentage, that's over 30% of the creative department that resigned within the same year. What does that tell you?

If it's more than 1 star, it's probably a fake review

Pros

If you need a job. This is one.

Cons

Easily the worst company I have ever come across, let alone worked for. So bad I experienced emotional distress and was in need of therapy. I'm honestly amazed they're still even in business. Highest turnover I've ever seen. Lowest pay imaginable. Micromanagement at it's best. Zero trust. Zero autonomy. I literally cannot say one good thing about this company and it's unfortunate they turn to writing fake reviews instead of addressing the matters at hand.

I would not normally dignify a review written with such animosity, but I did want to state that never and I mean never in the truest sense has any review been fabricated on this platform or any other.
