      Pros

      People were good at the company. All the employees were very dedicated and hard-working. They were determined to work under pressure and stick with the company through thick and thin. The company was always paying their employees their salaries on time and no one ever faced issues like salaries being held even for 1 day.

      Cons

      Management was very disorganized and didn't care much about the employees. Most of the time changes were happening with the company. It wasn't growing but regressing throughout my employment. Employees wouldn't be informed why some or the other changes kept happening with the company. If they want someone to stay, they would force them and not let them leave the company by holding down their salaries. If they didn't want someone to stay, they would make the circumstances such as that the person either has to leave or they would terminate them within days and sometimes within a single day.
