No Firm Vision Toxic Work Environment Hod just tries to Pull Leg of the working person to despair Him/Her with lot of politics No growth Self Esteem degrades of the person working their General benefits of the employee is not provided Owner is not Trustworthy as he never full fill promises Hr has no power its Owner Centric company where their is no respect for a person who serves for a firm with whole heartedly

top management will ask employee to spy and make bribes to win business. they will not pay back any expenses they do not pay salary on time top management deducts salary without informing for no reason do not do wrong and illegal things to win business. the market knows you are doing illegal things. the company has 50 employee. it is a small company. the company used to have 80+ employees when i joined
