Pros

Great products - TTS as a cmpany really do want to provide unique resources that will help teachers to inspire children, so if you're passionate about children's education it will give you a lovely warm feeling inside - initially. Offices close over Christmas so you do get a week or so off. Plenty of free parking at both sites. Opportunities for secondment to roles in other departments.

Cons

Poor salary - especially considering the workload and hours you're expected to work with no time back. Morale in the offices is very low most of the time and employees don't stay long any more. Management favour graduates with no previous work experience. Training for new starters is non existant...you just have to pick it up as you go. Much favouritism and management are very underhand in the way they operate. On the whole - TTS are only interested in revenue, they are not interested in the slightest about how they treat employees.
