      Love the company, however it was closed down so we got laid off.

      Love the people great culture challenging but skills improvement tasks

      Cons

      the company closed their Singapore branch so the SEA team got laid off. while i was working there, the management kinda focused on getting more sales even though the current product has many things to fix causing current customers to complain. So I'd prefer the management team would pause the sales and perfect the product quality first.

      Local Team Wiped out by Errant Foreigners

      Pros

      Compared to many top big branded companies, TVS had good teams, responsive and helpful HR, family culture, work life balance, good compensation and working relationships

      Cons

      Management tried at first to dismiss errant employees (unfortunately all foreigners) who were serving their own interests. After a while seemed like the MD got tired of seeing it repeat and decided to shut the whole wing down. Many good employees were affected unnecessarily.
